It was then, the decision was made to use this to mold my future. I received a degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. I took this achievement and combined it with my natural ability and formed my own business. Zeringue Construction and Remodeling LLC is locally owned and operated in Marrero, La and services the North and South Shore of New Orleans, La. Malcolm did a wonderful job with a major kitchen renovation I had done a few years ago, which included knocking down a load bearing wall. His crew were all incredibly professional and thorough, and he was so patient and flexible throughout the whole process as there were unforeseen changes and challenges. Highly recommend!

He, his employees and his subcontractors were very professional. They showed up for work on time and on schedule. They did excellent quality work. They obtained all the proper permits and all work was done to building codes. We highly recommend Zeringue Construction for any construction or remodeling work that needs to be done.

Zeringue”s used actual qualified/skilled professionals to complete my project in a very timely manner. The price was reasonable and they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. Any issues were fixed properly as well. I will be using them for additional projects.

  What a fantastic job Zeringue’s Construction did! The men were so professional and took such great care in our bathroom remodel. They were very nice and patient. Malcolm answered every question I had and never rushed me. He gave us great suggestions and when we purchased items not needed he gave us the heads up right away so we could return them. Our bathroom was completely redone from new floor, old fiberglass shower taken out and a new tiled shower replaced it, new countertops, toilet and new tub!! A beautifully done remodel. We love it so much that Zeringue's Construction will be remodeling another of our bathrooms!! Thank you to Malcolm and his great team of!!!

  After dealing with five or six contractors, some of them not showing up on time, some giving me ridiculous estimates, some choosing not even to take on my significant rehab project, I reached out to Zeringue’s. Malcolm showed up on time and brought four subcontractors with him. We all thoroughly discussed the scope of the project, and Malcom’s estimate was less than I had heard from other contractors. Malcolm communicated with me during the rehab offering cost saving options as well as pointing out potential problems. He and his team did a fantastic job. I’ve been singing their praises ever since they finished. I would highly recommend Zeringue’s for any project big or small.

  I am in the construction industry and am often asked for contractor referrals when undergoing renovations. Zeringue's Construction is my go-to. Malcolm and his team are absolutely professional, timely, and responsive. Their work is clean and thorough!   Very few Contractors are consistent with the goals and desires of their clients. Each time myself or a friend have worked with Malcolm and crew the results are wonderful. Each project has hidden surprises that show up. With us Malcolm had the experience to show us options and finish our home to our standards. Very respectful crew. Appreciate that.
